Yesterday, I was invited by the Australian ambassador, Her Excellency Gillian Bird, and Australia France Business Association to the opening of the “Rugby Downunder” exhibition.
It was a fantastic evening.
I had the opportunity to hear Hon Anika Wells MP, Minister for Sports speech. It was funny and interesting. I was impressed.
I learned a lot about #rugby in general and the #Wallabies in particular.
Of course the 1999 world cup was every ware, but I can’t blame them.
At the end of the evening, I was almost rooting for the Wallabies. I must admit that the whisky bar from “LA MAISON DU WHISKY – LMDW” may have helped a little.
A really perfect evening.
